Over 10 years in the mental health field have shaped my approach: helping people make sense of their inner experiences through a collaborative, judgment-free process. Together, we'll explore your thoughts and emotions, uncover the patterns behind them, and use that awareness to build real, lasting change.
I offer sessions in-person in Coolidge Corner and Porter Square or via telehealth.
