Individual Therapy - 50 Minutes

Therapy is more than just problem-solving—it’s about creating lasting growth, resilience, and self-understanding. If you’re looking for ongoing support to work through deeper patterns, long-term therapy provides a space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors at a pace that allows for meaningful change.

In our 50-minute individual sessions, we’ll use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you recognize and shift unhelpful thought patterns, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to build psychological flexibility and align your actions with your values, and self-compassion techniques to foster kindness toward yourself throughout the process. Together, we’ll work through challenges such as anxiety, depression, self-doubt, and life transitions while developing tools that support your emotional well-being over time.

Short-Term Therapy

1-8 Sessions

Life can be overwhelming, and sometimes you just need a space to talk things through. I offer short-term counseling for individuals who are facing immediate stressors and challenges but may not be looking for long-term therapy. Whether you're navigating a major life transition, dealing with workplace stress, experiencing relationship struggles, or simply feeling stuck, I provide a supportive and solution-focused approach to help you gain clarity and move forward.
